HRHK Follow-up Information
Thank you for submitting your school’s request to attend Home Run for Healthy Kids. We are working on assigning dates to each school and we will be in touch in the next week with a confirmation email. As usual, we will have a wait list for the event; if you know that your school will no longer be able to attend, please let me know as soon as possible.
A couple of additional pieces of information:
1. Chaperones: Please limit chaperones to no more than 4 per class.
2. Reimbursement for buses: Each school is in charge of arranging their students’ bus transportation. When your school is invoiced for the buses, please send the invoice by fax or scanned into an email to Betsy Littlejohn (864) 233-9092 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Weather: Home Run for Healthy Kids is an outdoor field trip that will take place rain or shine. Please encourage your students to dress appropriately for an outdoor event.
