Southern Spring Brunch

In each Spring edition of VISIONS, we feature recipes from our Junior League Cookbooks. We wanted to continue this tradition while also celebrating our theme for this year, “Celebrating our Legacy – Embracing our Future”.

I personally had so much fun looking through our old cookbook “Uptown Down South” and couldn’t help but imagine the fun had at dinner parties and luncheons past that featured these recipes.

In keeping with our theme, we revamped some recipes to give them a modern twist that both provisionals and sustainers could enjoy. We hope you’ll be excited to show off your cooking skills at your next gathering. Enjoy!
