Junior League of Greenville’s Shop for Greenville Scheduled for March 6 through 15
Discount Cards Are Now Available for Purchase

GREENVILLE, S.C.—The Junior League of Greenville’s (JLG) third annual Shop for Greenville initiative will be held from Friday, March 6 through Sunday, March 15. The fundraising experience is a 10-day event for the general public to purchase a discount shopping card and shopping guidebook for local businesses. Discount books are available for purchase online.

“The JLG is grateful for the nearly 100 local and online businesses participating in our third Shop for Greenville event,” Sarah Lynne Howie, JLG President, said. “We hope the community will join us in shopping for good by purchasing a book and discount card today.”

100 percent of the proceeds generated from the sale of the JLG Shop For Greenville discount cards will support the JLG’s programs and its respective community partners to improve the lives of women and children within the Upstate community.

“These participants are diverse in their product/service line, and have a reach throughout Greenville County, and even into Clemson,” Howie said. “They have graciously offered a 20 percent discount [may vary by retailer] to help us raise funds to support our mission, and our community partners–Jasmine Road, Pendleton Place, Serenity Place, and SWITCH.
